All knives require occasional sharpening, but this knife seem to hold the sharpness longer than my other knives.
I'm not a professional chef or anything but its good to know that I now have a world class chef's knife.
This one knife can do it all, from finely chopping onions, garlic or herbs, to breaking down a chicken or carving up some steak.
The fine edge cuts very well and holds it's sharpness requiring infrequent sharpening.
Not much to say other than it is very sharp, very comfortable to use, and very nice looking.
