We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-3 business days dispatch time for your order to ship out, average transit times are 3-7 business days.
Tracking numbers will be provided after your order has been dispatched. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 days of dispatch notification received then please use our chat service or email us at customerservice@rockedgeknives.com

We offer a 100 % money back guarantee if the product is defective, damaged or you don’t like it. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include your name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund. We would ideally be expecting a return tracking no from you to make sure it’s well received safely!

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it’s dispatched. If the item is already sent please use our easy return procedure to get a full refund.

If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at: customerservice@rockedgeknives.com

If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours of purchase or if order is not shipped yet. No refund will be issued after the 24 hours or if item is already shipped to incorrect submission.

Shipping times vary based on your location as we do ship worldwide from our different warehouses located in the UK, USA and Asia. The average local and international transit times are only 3-7 business days or even earlier if an item is available in the stock at your local nearby warehouse.

We normally use Royalmail postal service for our UK based customers and most of the items are delivered with NEXT DAY Guranteed delivered.

USA based customers can expect their parcels from USPS with singed deliveries.

We mostly use DHL Express courier service for all our international and sometimes local customers (UK & USA) as well if an item is not available in UK & USA warehouses.
